Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Our refund and returns policy last for 30 days. Once 30 days have passed, we will not be able to offer a full refund or exchange. Items eligible for a full refund or exchange must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
Once your return has been received, we will send you a confirmation email of its arrival. After the returned item has been thoroughly inspected, we will provide you with an update on the status of approval or rejection of a refund or exchange.
If approved, you may request a refund or exchange of an item of similar value. If you request a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method.
Important note: We will only replace items that are defective and not items that have been misused. If you need to exchange it for the same or similar item, email us at wickedhblades@gmail.com, and we can discuss an exchange.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, please check your original payment method account first.
Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account.
If you’ve taken all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at wickedhblades@gmail.com, and we will verify the refund has been processed.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund or exchange. All items on sale are sold as-is and do not qualify for returns or refunds.
Return of Products
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of the original shipping will be deducted from any refunds.
Depending on your location, the amount of time for products to reach you will vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, it is advised to use a tracking method of shipping and/or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that your return item will be received.
